3. Google Workspace Data

This section applies to information Alpha receives through Google Workspace APIs ("Google User Data"). If another provision of this privacy policy conflicts with this section, this section controls for Google User Data.

When you connect a Google account, Alpha may access:

• Gmail data: Account and mailbox information, email content, attachments, and messages you direct Alpha to send, to synchronize email activity, display communications, associate contacts, support follow-ups, and send messages through Alpha
• Google Calendar data: Event information and updates, to synchronize your calendar and create, update, or delete events at your direction
• Google Contacts data: Contact and profile information, to import and organize contacts in Alpha

Alpha uses Google User Data only to provide or improve the user-facing features described above.

We do not sell Google User Data or use it for advertising, retargeting, credit or lending decisions, or unrelated purposes. We disclose it only to service providers needed to deliver the connected feature, with your consent, when necessary for security, or when required by law.

Alpha does not use Google User Data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

We may retain aggregated or de-identified operational records that cannot reasonably be linked to an individual or Google Account. We use these records only for internal security, reliability, and permitted operational purposes.

We retain identifiable Google User Data only as long as necessary to provide the connected features or comply with applicable law. You can stop future access by disconnecting your Google account or revoking Alpha's access through your Google Account. You may request deletion by contacting privacy@get-alpha.ai.

Alpha's use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How We Use Other Information

Except for Google User Data, which is used only as described in Section 3, we use other information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process transactions and send related information
• Send technical notices, updates, and security alerts
• Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests

• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities

The general sharing terms below do not apply to Google User Data, which is disclosed only as described in Section 3. We may share other information in the following circumstances:
